Last month, at the SERVPRO 2021 Convention, we were presented with the 2021 Legend Gold Award and the 45 Years of Loyal Service Award. We are honored to have received this award for our mitigation and restoration services including water, storm, fire, and mold.

When the sewage system in this home backed up, the damage spread to the kitchen. We removed the cabinets and cut out the damaged drywall so that the structure could be thoroughly dried and disinfected. We also applied an antimicrobial solution to help prevent mold growth.

Water damage from a storm caused part of this ceiling to collapse, which requires a significant tear out of water damaged materials. Fortunately, we have advanced technology showing exactly where the moisture is occurring, and we can tell which parts of the structure are salvageable.

This picture is the aftermath of a fire damage in a local home.The family was devastated for their home to be in shambles.  SERVPRO  worked fast to remove all of their belongings to be cleaned and later returned to a rebuilt home.  The customer was highly satisfied with the response time and the work ethic of our detail crew.  

A local church experienced some microbial growth on the rafters in their sanctuary. Our technicians arrived and were lifted approximately 30 feet to HEPA vacuum, clean, and apply antimicrobial the ceiling.  Safety harnesses, hard hats, and supervision was used during this extensive process.  Once the process was complete, the ceiling looked “Like it never even happened.”

SERVPRO offers various carpet cleaning techniques.  Pictured was a room that was cleaned using the Showcase method.  This method uses a rotary machine to shampoo the carpet.  The carpet is then rinsed and steam extracted.  After the carpet is cleaned our technician will pilate the carpet.  The final result is beautiful clean carpet!
