Ground Water Can Cause Flooding 

 the rainfall was just too much. The ground water followed gravity, along with the paths with less resistance, and caused the garage and lower part of this customers basement to flood with almost a foot of water. Thanks to our SERVPRO , the use of our extractors as well as a sump pump that we brought in to help speed up the water extraction process, we were able to remove all of the standing water for the customer before we set up drying equipment to finish the job.
